Fistral was established in 1991 to provide management training and consultancy to businesses in the West of Scotland. It has since grown to deliver high quality Project Management products to organisations and universities throughout the UK and the Rest of the World.

Our Success

At Fistral we believe in working together with our customers to define and deliver the training that they actually need – rather than a generic slideshow which may or may not directly address their requirements.

Whilst grounded in sound Project Management tools, techniques and methodology, each course we deliver is unique as it will organically adapt to the requirements of the audience depending on the questions asked, responses to the exercises and direct instructions from the client.

This has resulted in unparalleled success that is measured in the feedback gathered from each course participant and is shared with the customer to refine further the offerings. We are immensely proud that our courses and instructors average over 4.6 out of 5 on our post-course questionnaires.*
