4.80 – Project Planning for Researchers

Researchers from the University of Dundee joined us for Part One of Fistral’s ‘Project Planning for Researchers’ online training.

This first session is ‘Establishing Foundations’, which examines how to initially identify the building blocks for a successful project and introduces the key PM concepts. Aimed at research staff, the session is contextualised with the exposition providing concrete examples and tools that make a difference in a research setting.

The group gave a great overall feedback rating of the session of 4.80 out of 5 (5 being ‘Excellent’). We asked them which part of the webinar they found most beneficial, and comments included “Stakeholder analysis” and “Clarity”.
