We recently delivered our ‘Leading Teams Through Change’ online training to staff from the University of Dundee. Leading any team in Higher Education demands an ability to lead that team through change, and this course provides practical ways to respond to this and develop ongoing ‘change-hardiness’.
The staff were asked after the session “What part of the webinar did you find most beneficial and why?” and gave the following feedback:
- “Thinking about some of the theories of change in my context”
- “The idea of maintaining the stability zones”
- “All relevant “
- “The Transition curve”
- “All of it was beneficial! But probably the formula for change “
- “Presentation tips on Stability Zones helps me to understand what stage each member of the team are at in terms of the changes, and what I need to do to support them”
Other great comments from the group included “Very good presenter”, “Enjoyed this well-structured and helpful session” and “That was an enlightening webinar.”
