Fistral want to send their thoughts and best wishes to all those who are suffering, or supporting loved ones, during Covid-19. It really is an unprecedented and challenging time.
Following government and other advice, the Fistral team will work from home and take all precautions necessary to stay safe and avoid coming into contact with the disease. We are focused on the wellbeing of our employees and our customers, and looking at ways we can support the wider community.
We are all experiencing new ‘normals’ with restrictions and now lockdown, and learning to work and communicate in different ways. Fistral will use this time to adapt, innovate, and respond to the current situation as best we can. And based on team discussions, already there are lots of ways we can do this. Although it’s a difficult time in lots of way, this worldwide pandemic shows us that we are all in this together.
Fistral, as with many other organisations whose livelihood relies on face-to-face contact, will have to react and adapt in order to find new ways to support customers and course participants. We are already looking at webinars and video options, and are pulling together a list of provision we can deliver online while maintaining quality and good customer experience.
The team have already responded excellently with ideas and are exploring Zoom, GoToMeeting, Moodle, and Having already some experience with our ARMA webinars, I’m confident we will come up with some great options to support customers during what could be a long period of restrictions.
If there’s anything we can do to help customers during this time email or phone as normal and we will do all we can. We will be in touch with updates to provision and online options in due couse.
Most importantly however, is that we all pull together and help one another where we can. We will get through this, and we will ‘ride the wave’ together. We hope you and loved ones stay safe and well over the challenging months ahead.
