Project Risk Management was rated 4.62 out of 5 (5 being excellent) by staff at the Power Networks Demonstration Centre (PNDC) in Cumbernauld. Using a live PNDC project as a backdrop to the Risk session ensured relevance and applicability of the tools and techniques, and the group was active and engaged throughout.
