Leading Teams in Change recommended: “anyone who has the responsibility of leading a change process”

‘Leading Teams in Change’ was introduced as part of our Leading & Influencing Suite and is becoming very popular among our customers. Recently held with the Unviersity of Stirling, we were delighted to receive a 4.84 out of 5 rating (5 being excellent), with staff feedback as follows:
