Negotiation and Conflict Management short sessions rate 4.75 and 4.9 respectively

Fistral have been working with the University of Dundee to introduce shorter sessions for PhD students in Negotiation and Conflict topics. When asked if the sessions “Met needs in the area” and how they would assess the trainer, participants rated each as follows:

  • Negotiation, rated 4.6 for ‘meeting needs’ and 4.9 ‘trainer’ – giving an overall rating of 4.75 out of 5 (5 being excellent)
  • Conflict Management, rated 4.8 for ‘meeting needs’ and 5 for ‘trainer’, giving an overall rating of 4.9 out of 5 (5 being excellent)
