NHS 4.64 rating and feedback…

A recent course for National Services Scotland’s Public Health and Intelligence division (PHI), part of NHS Scotland, was well received.

The ‘It’s All About The Customer’ course – which focuses on understanding and building mutually trusting relationships with customers, identifying the customer needs and agreeing on a solution – was rated 4.64 out of 5 (5 being excellent).

Participants from PHI, formerly Information Services Division (ISD) said:

  • “Excellent course – much more than I expected as it dealt with all working relationships and not just customers.”
  • “Very interesting and helpful – more than I expected it to be!”
