A recent course for National Services Scotland’s Public Health and Intelligence division (PHI), part of NHS Scotland, was well received.
The ‘It’s All About The Customer’ course – which focuses on understanding and building mutually trusting relationships with customers, identifying the customer needs and agreeing on a solution – was rated 4.64 out of 5 (5 being excellent).
Participants from PHI, formerly Information Services Division (ISD) said:
