We hosted a group of PhD students from Edinburgh Napier University on a webinar session entitled Getting Unstuck – Procrastination Busting Techniques.
This webinar provides attendees with some insights into their own personal procrastination habits, ideas to counteract this tendency, and simple short-term techniques to deal with procrastination when it strikes.
Post-training, we asked the group what their favourite part of the session was:
