Procrastination Busting helps PhDs “be aware of potential pitfalls and how to overcome them”

We hosted a group of PhD students from Edinburgh Napier University on a webinar session entitled Getting Unstuck – Procrastination Busting Techniques.

This webinar provides attendees with some insights into their own personal procrastination habits, ideas to counteract this tendency, and simple short-term techniques to deal with procrastination when it strikes.

Post-training, we asked the group what their favourite part of the session was:

  • “Sharing session of the tips”
  • “The practical techniques to try out”
  • “Discussing [the trainer’s] own experiences and general reflections”
  • “The variety of techniques and approaches that were offered and discussed in regard to overcoming procrastination”
