In Part Three, entitled ‘Creating the Plan’, we look at identifying the tasks required to complete the project, and research staff gave the session a great overall feedback rating of 4.89 out of 5 (5 being Excellent).
We asked them what part of the webinar they found most beneficial and why, their answers included:
- “All of it”
- “The tools”
- “Understanding that the Gantt chart is not the start point of project planning”
- “The facilitator was excellent at demonstrating each stage of process including critical path analysis”
- “All the tips”
- “The reinforcement that you only get a useful project plan if you put in all the groundwork covered in the earlier sessions”
Other comments from the group included; “I find this facilitator manages the chat function well and tries to bring different people into the conversation when possible”. Another was “the facilitator makes the webinar really engaging. They’re clearly very passionate and enthusiastic about what they do, and you hardly notice the time pass when you’re so engaged with the material. Great session today!”
