Types of Delivery

Onsite, webinar, e-learning

We want everyone to enjoy our skills training and feel comfortable in an open and inclusive ‘safe’ space. Onsite, webinar and self-paced e-learning courses focus on practical tools and techniques and wherever possible attendees apply learning to their own work.

‘Death by PowerPoint’ is avoided. Training uses a mix of: scenarios, examples, activities, worksheets, discussions, reflection, flipcharts, whiteboards, videos, templates, Slido/Mentimter polls, word clouds, annotated screens, and animations. Online contributions can be anonymous, and live captioning/language options are available.

We fully support EDI principles and welcome all attendees' learning styles and preferences. We do this by providing structure and purpose to learning and group activities, and by using a variety of tools and communication options.
